Hello friends, I hope you enjoy this fabulous 15 minute ballet barre workout I put together for you! You don’t need to be a dancer in order to do this…all moves are basic ballet moves with clear instruction and lovely music by Lisa Harris! Let’s challenge our balance, strength, and coordination while sculpting long lean dancer muscles and getting that heart rate up to burn calories and fat, woohoo!
