    Following is what we performed in this workout!

    Bicep Curl
    2 sets of 15 reps

    Preacher Curl (Wide Grip)
    3 sets of 12 reps

    Concentration Curl (High Pully)
    6 sets of 10-12 reps

    Preacher Curl (Close Grip)
    3 sets of 12 reps

    Spider Curls
    4 sets of 12 reps

    Bicep Static Curl
    4 sets of 5/5 (20reps) each set
