    4 Set of 8-12 Reps.

    Barbell Shoulder Press Rear
    4 Sets of 8-12 Reps

    Dumbell Side Raise
    4 Sets Of Max Reps

    Alternate set
    Dumbell Overhead Press
    Dumbell Lateral raise
    4 Set/8-12 Reps.

    Barbell Shrugs
    4 Set/8-12 Reps
