    3. “I have to sweat to Workout. ➡️ False👎 Everyone’s sweat glands are different in size. If yours are small you may not sweat as much. Hydration also plays a factor💧.

    4.”I should feel pain when I Workout.” ➡️ Pain is not an indication of success when it comes to working out. If you feel pain Stop. 🚫
