    Di Episode GYM Pemula Part 2 ini, aku bakal ngomongin beberapa istilah penting yang harus kalian tau yang biasa dipake di GYM.
    Lalu untuk program latiannya, aku bikin program latian FULL BODY WORKOUT simple buat kalian yang bener-bener pemula banget nggak pernah ke gym sebelumnya atau barusan gym 1-2 bulan.
    Dan inget ya guys, muscle bisa tumbuh kalau kalian ada progressive overload! Jadi kalian harus melawan tubuh kalian dengan kasi tambah beban terus dan challenge otot kalian.
    Lakukan program latian ini 2-3x seminggu diselingin 1 hari istirahat. Lalu untuk repetisinya 12-15 di 4x sets

    1. SQUATS
    2. LUNGES
    3. DEADLIFT
    4. SHOULDER PRESS
    5. LATPULL DOWN
    6. CHEST PRESS

    I’m Chinese-Indonesian from Malang, Indonesia which living in Taiwan for study.
