THE WORKOUT:
Squats
Hip Thrust
Sidekicks (10 reps each leg)
Calf Raises
Shoulder Press on Smith Machine
Rows on TRX
Superset:
Rope Lat Pulldowns + Face Pulls
Ab Rope Crunch
4 Set x 10 reps each exercise.
