    Warmup:
    Run ½ mile
    RDL/Levers
    Spider Man/Duck Squat
    Hamstring up-downs
    Upper body twists

    Workout:
    A1. Hip Thrusts
    A2. Doggy Extensions
    Reps: A1. 4-5 sets of 5 hip thrusts with 5 abductions 3-4 rounds
    A2. 4-5x 10-12 reps

    B1. Resistance Band Dead Lifts -4×15 reps
    B2. Jumping box step ups -4×10 each leg

    C1. Back Extensions:
    Reps: 3-4 sets of 10-12 each way

    D1. Side Lunge Pulse: 3-4x 10 reps
    D2. Resistance band walks: 3-4x 30 seconds
