What’s going on guys! In todays’ video I’m gonna take you through a bodyweight push pull workout you can do from anywhere with just a pull-up bar. This is great for those who don’t have access to a gym or those who enjoy exercising outdoors.
Perform each superset for 3 rounds, resting 60 seconds between each round:
10 Regular Pullups with 10 Regular Pushups
10 Around the World Pullups with 10 Archer Pushups
10 Chinups Superset with 10 Tricep Pushups
10 Wide Grip Pullups with 10 Wide Grip Pushups
