Today I’ll be walking you through a killer home arm workout to help build those Biceps and Triceps. This routine only requires the use of a pair of moderately heavy dumbbells and can be done in the comfort of your own home!
Home Arm Workout (Dumbbell Only):
Biceps:
• Seated Concentration Curls- 3 sets x 10 reps
• 21’s- 1 set x 21 reps
• Hammer Curls- 3 sets x 12 reps
Triceps:
• Lying Floor Skull Crushers- 3 sets x 10 reps
• Seated Overhead DB Extensions (1x dumbbell or 2x dumbbells)- 3 sets x 15 reps
• Tate Press- 2 sets x 12 reps
