    Can you exercise on the Take Shape for Life/Medifast 5&1 plan? You can but you need to tweak a few thinks in your nutrition. This video will discuss determining your lean body mass, equaling that to your grams of protein intake and then building from there. You also want to focus on your salts/electrolytes and compensate for the loss you will experience with exercise. Finally, after doing all of those things, if you are still hungry, start to add healthy fats ONLY if you are staying in fat burn.
