    It can be really difficult to train properly when you work a full time job. But Emma has a number of tips to help you use your commute to train effectively. This first session works at increasing your functional threshold power.

    It’s a great feeling to know you’ve already completed a training session by the time you start your day at work. With Emma’s help you can maximise your time on the bike in the mornings, and will even be able to train for long climbs like those in the alps.

    This session consists of 3 x 8min efforts at 110% of your FTP, with 5 minutes easy riding between the efforts.
