    Primary resistance is lifting your own body weight up the inclined monorail. Additional resistance variations include:
    1. Adjust the slope angle of the monorail with 15 height settings;
    2. Use the Pulley Cable system;
    3. Use the adjustable Webbing Straps (doubles resistance at any slope angle compared to Pulley Cable system);
    4. Add up to 4 rubber tubing Power Cords (4 sizes);
    5. Add Free Weight plates to the rolling seat; allow a wider range of challenge.
    6. Stand or sit off the rolling seat and use the Pulley Cable System plus the other options to use the Vasa Trainer like a cross cable machine.

    Any combination of the above allows you to select the right level of resistance for any slope incline of the monorail.

    The Vasa Trainer, when equipped with Power Cords rubber stretch cords and the Leg Power Platform, provides for efficient, time saving gains in muscle mass, explosive power and increased vertical jump.

    Power cords are available in four different resistance levels. Purchase as single cords or as a complete kit of each level (4 cords) – saving you $10. Resistance levels: Super Lite (6-16 lbs.); Lite (7-23 lbs.); Medium (9-28 lbs.); and Hard (12-38 lbs)

    The Weight Bracket accessory for the Vasa Trainer allows the user to add standard free weight plates to gain a wider range of challenge. You can also wear a weighted vest to increase your body weight being lifted.

    Regular leg strength training with the Vasa Trainer develops lean lower body muscles with 2 primary « push » movements – the squat and the plyometric squat jump. More functional exercises include single leg squats, lunges, calf raises, cardio pull, and Sprinter start squats. It facilitates both concentric and eccentric loading of the muscles – allowing you to accelerate and decelerate easily and safely. Closed chain or open chain exercises are progressive and measurable, ideal for physical therapy and rehab documentation.

    The Vasa Trainer provides over 200 functional exercises for upper body, core, and lower body fitness. Adding the Power Cords option simply makes this versatile total sports & fitness gym one of the best values in exercise equipment available today.

    Proper use of the Vasa Trainer will make you more productive while transforming you into a stronger, more efficient athlete. It will keep you fit while training at home or at your club for 1, 2 or 3 workouts per week… You’ll get a lot done in less time, especially if you do 6 or 8 of the other total body exercises possible on the Vasa Trainer!
