    0:05 My weighted chin ups have stalled. I am not in need of a deload currently.
    I am 230lbs pulling an additional 25lbs on the weighted Chinup.
    I do chin ups 3-4 times a week, sometimes just bodyweight if I’m not feeling it. I normally train the weighted Chinup as my 2nd exercise after my bench.
    What can i do to increase the weight I use here?
    I’m currently doing 4 sets of 6.

    Lately I have been having trouble with OHP on you linear hypertrophy program. Could this be due to recent stress, but it feels like my triceps are usually fatigued after the bench press. What am I doing wrong?

    6:02 Hey Jason, in a recent video you discussed BCAA’s and a recent study that determined their uselessness and even potential detrimental effect on muscle protein turnover (although that was in the intravenous group, so kind of silly to extrapolate that to dietary BCAAs used by the general public). I train on a 16 hour fast for simplicity and out of personal preference, and take bcaas pre-workout as a precautionary measure (or so I thought). Do you see any benefit or detriment of this assuming I am not worried about money spent on BCAAs? Thanks in advance.
