    One Arm Bicep Curl (Locked)

    One Arm Concentration Curl
    4 Sets of 12 Reps

    Barbell Curl (Wide Grip)
    3 Sets of 10 Reps

    Barbell Curl (Close Grip)
    3 Sets of 10 Reps

    Plate Curl
    2 Sets of 25 Reps
