We are thrilled to announce The Lab Gym is moving and expanding again! Our current location started bursting at the seams as Heavy Metal CrossFit exploded, Team Lab and Bootcamp continue to grow and there are more and more gym members and Personal Training clients too!
So here comes The Lab Gym 3.0, where we have the space to designate a purpose built area for each type of training at The Lab Gym. Finally, we will be able to provide the most requested upgrade by you, our members …MORE showers and MORE parking! Check out the sneak peak and more details coming soon as we move by December 1st!
The Glass Castle is a huge building with walls of glass that reigns over 22,000 square feet!
Thank you for your ongoing support! As the Lab Gym grows and evolves, it remains a family business focused exclusively on you, our members. The diverse community of people who gather to train in such a wide variety of ways, will be even better served. We are so happy to be able to make this move! Of course, the bigger space does mean bigger bills, so please help us grow into this location and fill it up with more people just like you!
