Michigan based, Urban Ninjas – Metro Detroit’s Parkour and free-running team.
Some of the team members of the Urban Ninjas training at Mega Gym in Novi, Michigan every Sunday rain or shine, from 6 to 9pm.
Here we practice both fun, extreme tricks and flips, and the basic jumps, tumbles, and rolls, kongs, and vaults, absolutely critical to parkour. Building the skills to take to the streets.
