Lower Body Workout Routine- No Gym Needed!
Hi guys! I finally decided to film part of my weekly workout routine- my lower body and how I build the booty and legs! I workout 3 days a week at the moment- I used to 5 days a week but I have such a busy lifestyle at the moment! These exercises are easy and you can do them at home, no gym needed! I hope this video gives you guys a bit of fitness motivation! I have always been naturally skinny but I workout because it makes me feel good, helps tone my body, reduce cellulite and builds my muscles such as abs, biceps, shoulders, back, thighs etc. I use Fit affinity supplements to give me motivation and to assist with a healthy lifestyle and staying toned!
