    Description

    Mart Seim, +105kg lifter for Estonia, doing half a dozen different movements over the course of three sessions at the 2017 World Championships training hall. Some notes:

    -In the first workout (10 days out) he clean pulled 240kg (2:58), did up to a 160kg power clean / press / squat (powclessuat) complex (3:48), and back squat tripled up to 295kg (4:40).
    -In the second workout (8 days out) he snatched up to 170kg (7:02), C&Jed up to 225kg (8:50), snatch pulled up to 200kg (10:57), and front squatted up to 225kg (11:32). Both the 170kg and 225kg were morning PRs.
    -In the third workout (6 days out), which we only have a couple clips from because of heavy things going on at the same time, he power snatched 175kg (12:11) for a PR and pause jerked 250kg (12:22) for a PR as well.
    -He went on to do 191/253 in the event, both PRs, and earned a silver in the Clean and Jerk.
