    Cardio: 4-5 miles
    Arm Days:
    dumbbell curls: 3 sets of 8
    Cable curls: 3 sets of 8
    Bar curls: 3 sets till fatigue
    Chin ups: 3 sets till fatigue
    Pull ups: 3 sets till fatigue
    Dips: 3 sets till fatigue
    Leg press: 3 sets of 10
    Obelisk crunches: 3 sets of 30 on each side
    Crunches 3 sets of 30
    Leg raises: 3 sets of 10
    Hanging leg raises: 3 sets of 10
    Leg raises with balancing ball: 3 sets of 10
    Plank: 3 sets of 2 min
    Bicycle: 3 sets of 10
    Chest Days:
    3 sets of 10 flat bench
    3 sets of 10 incline bench
    3 sets of 10 decline bench
    3 sets of 10 flys
    3 sets of 10 lat pulldowns
    3 sets of 10 back presses
    3 sets of 10 cable rows
    Same ab workout
