    Pull-ups – 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6
    Bent over barbell row – 3 sets x 10 reps (drop set on the last set, -10lbs off each drop set)
    One arm dumbbell row – 3 sets x 10 reps
    Reverse grip cable pull down – 3 sets x 10 reps
    Close grip cable row – 3 sets x 8 reps SUPERSET with incline bench dumbbell row 3 sets x 10 reps

    Bicep barbell curl – 3 sets x 10 reps
    Seated dumbbell curl – 3 sets x 15 reps
