    Nordic Walking knows no boundaries. I have classes in Lincoln and around Lincolnshire and for Personal Training sessions I travel much further afield. I have used it to train athletes as well as ramblers and casual walkers and even as part of my stroke rehabilitation exercises. Injury rehabilitation is a good example as the athlete is supported by the poles and the impact is significantly reduced.
