6x Dumbbell Curls (each hand) @ 40lbs
6x Dumbbell Press @ 60lbs
5x 1-Arm Dumbbell Row @ 60lbs
5x Dumbbell Press @ 60 lbs
6x Dumbbell Curls (each hand) @ 40lbs
