    SKINNY GUY SHOWS BODY FAT And WORKOUT PLAN!
    Well today was April 4 2013 and finally it was nice and sunny out in Canada it was 5 degrees Celsius or 41 Fahrenheit which meant it was finally warm enough outside to go outside. I say how the Canadian winter has been crazy cold but I was really happy it was sunny and warming up. This video was to encourage anyone no matter their body shape, size or disability or physical challenges that they can get in shape and change their life. This is the most out of shape that I would probably be in all year because I hadn’t been working out in the winter but was exited to start working out because of the warmer weather. So for evidence I took off my shirt and got on the weight scale to show how much I weight my body fat amount and my body fat percentage. I had 10.6 Body fat and 8.9% body fat percentage and I was 115.1 pounds of weight. I explain how for some people this might be a low weight and a low body fat percentage and for some it might be a high weight. I show my body from top to bottom and show that I do not have a lot of definition at the time on my abs, pecks, legs or arm muscles. This weight was higher then I’ve been and but I wanted to get more muscular and beef up this year. I then explain how I have physical deformities particularly on my back and shoulders. I use to have to take human growth hormone to grow and the deformed shoulders which are a physical limitation and physical challenge was something that may have been caused by my human growth hormone injections as a youth. I explain that I was considered handicapped, disabled or a special needs person and had to go to handicapped, disabled or special needs school for years because of how time and frail I was. I then explain that I am not much of a workout person but I know you can make a change with your body because it’s so important in your life if you try. I explain for basic weight loss or weight gain it’s all about calories in vs calories out. If you want to lose weight you need to have more calories going out then coming in and if you want to gain weight you need to have more calories coming in then going out. I want to get more muscular and gain weight so I need to get more calories while stay healthy and active. My exercise this year is to do push ups, sit up, chin ups and a little bit of weight lifting and eat a lot more calories to gain weight and muscle. So in conclusion I say even if you have deformed shoulders like I do and I who my deformed shoulders, or if you bigger boned, more frail, shorter or taller that you can work out and work with the body you have to get healthier. I hope this encouraging video inspires people with all physical shapes and sizes to workout, stay in shape and make their body as good as possible. By Jake Johnston
