These days, if you can’t make it to the gym — or just don’t feel like leaving home — We can still meet one-on-one on Skype.
At Review Fitness for the past almost 4 years as a fitness expert, I’ve been using computer technology to work with my clients to achieve their targets through virtual exercise sessions.
Thanks to free programs such as Skype and FaceTime, I can stand in front of my computer and demonstrate a move, correct the form of a move or consult about nutrition with my clients hundreds and sometimes thousands of miles away.
You can choose between 30minutes or 1hour sessions.
