    Pole Fitness Dance Routine:

    Pole fitness dancing routines aren’t just about becoming super skinny or doing super epic moves for a competition. It’s about connecting with that good feeling inside yourself.

    This pole dance routine in particular was done for a college final exam and was deliberately planned in it’s expression and not meant to be perfect due to the meaning of the dance which was to accept imperfection and overcome hardships.

    My triumph was dancing this after recovering from two herniated discs in my lower back.

    A good pole dancing workout is about attitude and for the everyday woman. I’m not in this to become one of the pro’s you see in competition or teach anyone to become that ……. I’m in it to have fun, to help woman be better than they were yesterday, and teach practically and healthily for your average person.

    I’ts about teaching woman to feel good about themselves while they get in the best shape of their lives. A good pole fitness dance routine is the perfect exercise dance workout.
