Please note its 3 rounds with a minimum 15 second break to a maximum 30 second break in between rounds and with the weight training its 10 reps, and you can increase the rounds and with the weight training the Sets you can increase as well, Also with the weight training? As you increase the reps, you can decrease the weight or increase the weight on the weights. The focus of this particular fitness training is to help individuals with Special Needs to develop there coordination, especially individuals with Autism and also this Circuit training exercise is a great self-confidence builder and burns calories.
