A typical Jerson Fitness training session is comprised of a warm up, stretching, calisthenics, circuit training, resistance training, plyometrics agility training, abdominal and core strength, running, jump rope training, medicine ball training, (hills, stairs, sprints etc.) and cool down stretching
Participants should expect to build muscle tone, strength and condition. Burn fat and increase aerobic endurance. Develop core strength and stability. Become more athletic and flexible. So take the challenge and have some fun. You will turn your body into a fat burning machine!
