    Jordan has lost a whopping 20kg of bodyfat, he is moving like an athlete and feeling more confident, but I need to deliver some news that i’m not too sure how he will take. I need to be honest and tell him the harsh truth about his goals and achievements.

    The PUSH WORKOUT we did is below:

    Bench Press | Wendlar 531
    Plyo Push Ups onto plates | 3 sets of 8 reps
    Neutral Grip Machine Press | 3 sets  3 sets of 8 – 10reps
    Standing Dumbbell Shoulder press | 3 sets of 8 reps
    Dumbbell Overhead Tricep Press | 3 sets of 12 reps
    Dips | 2 sets of 12 reps
