Training at the re-opened Monkey Vault in Toronto , this footage is from the grand opening and a few trips after that. It is an amazing Parkour / Movement training centre, that I would highly recommend visiting, whatever style of movement is. I am excited to see how myself and the community around me progresses with this great gym. This is definitly a place that you will see more of in my videos.
