    Warm-Up – Get a sweat going, push some blood in those shoulders!

    1. DB Lateral Raise
    – 4×8-18 then drop-set

    2. DB front raises
    – 4×8-15

    3. Machine Shoulder Press
    – 3×8-15
    – Superset with Lateral Raises
    – Use Perfect Shoulder machine if you have it!(most don’t! lol)

    4. Giant Set – Face Pulls & Plate side, rear, and front raises 3×8-15
