This was last year I was invited by the Kris Gethin gyms chain in Chembur Mumbai, to demonstrate the Functional training on the new ESCAPE FITNESS equipments.
The gym was very well equipped with high tech machines and free weights, very spacious and hygienic.
I am very proud to train the Trainers at the gym of the person to whom I follow and respect him that’s none other than Mr. Kris Gethin.
