What’s going on guys! In todays’ video I’m gonna take you through a quick arm workout that you’ll only need a pair of dumbbells! This workout consists of 3 supersets [tricep exercise followed by a bicep exercise with no rest].
Perform 3 Sets of 10 for Each Superset, Rest 60 Seconds
– Dumbbell Tricep Press Superset with Seated Hammer Curls
– Dumbbell Skullcrushers Superset with Supinated Curls
– Dumbbell Overhead Extensions Superset with Concentration Curls
