    This is a video containing advice for busy people that want to train or workout, but don’t have time to go to a gym. I spent many years training from home before I was able to join a gym because of time limitations, so I have a lot of strategies for getting in a good workout with a minimal amount of equipment. The strategies are simple, convenient and versatile and can be used by people not only at home, but also while travelling or when on holiday.

    The main strategies include:

    – Bodyweight circuits including the use of a pullup bar
    – Using resistance bands
    – Training with your kids
    – High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
    – Workout DVDs like P90X and Insanity
