    The University of Arkansas, University Recreation Fitness/Welness Program offers small group training opportunities for every fitness level. Zero Gravity Training on the Total Gym is one of are highly functional pieces of equipment that has become one of the leading fitness industry successes over the last few years. By adjusting the tower height, it allows you to use various percentages of your body weight as resistance. This feature allows anyone from the novice exerciser to the elite athlete to be challenged to their full potential with every exercise movement.

    All Zero Gravity Training on the Total Gym are limited to 6 participants, and are $40 per section.
    Beginner-Intermediate Zero Gravity: If you’re new to exercising and are looking for a safe and effective method to start being physically active this full body workout is the next step for you.
    Oct. 23rd — Nov. 15th Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:30-7:30AM

    Intermediate-Advanced Zero Gravity: Test your strength, aerobic capacity, and flexibility with this advanced section of Total Gym Training utilizing BOSUs and free weights.
    Oct. 22nd — Nov. 14th Mondays and Wednesdays, 4:00-5:00PM
