    1 min jump rope – regular bounce / run in place (30 sec each)
    1 min jump rope – boxer skip / fast skip
    1 min jump rope – toe taps / heel taps
    1 min jump rope – 3 step twist / side swipe
    1 min jump rope – criss cross / reg bounce fast
    1 min jump rope – run in place / boxer skip
    1 min jump rope – fast skip / double unders

    ***complete circuit 3-4x resting 1 min in between each***
