Early in 2014 myself and my business partner (founders of Aurora Athletic) opened the doors to Aurora HQ, a private gym for 1 on 1 training, group training and a base for our online operations.
The process of setting up the gym was no easy task! It took a lot of planning, a lot of patience and a great deal of time and effort from both Kyle and myself.
In this video I have highlighted the steps we went through in order to get the gym operational, what you need to be prepared for, along with many of the obstacles that we came across along our journey.
