This is a unique program of fun low impact dance activity/ exercise that was developed specifically for retirement homes in Toronto. 2 options are available for Retirement communities: 1. Weekly seated classes 2. Semi annual dance party which combines dance performances by students of DwmT & a seated dance class. Both are lots of fun – we dance, we joke, we laugh, exercise & learn. We select the music that used to be popular back in their days – the participants recognize the tunes – they dance & sing along.
