    How can you incorporate HIIT into your workout Routine? Try stringing these into one giant superset for 3-5 rounds:
    – Jump Lunges – 10 reps
    – Jump Squats – 10 reps
    – High Knees – 60 seconds
    – Burpees – 10 reps
    Rest 60 seconds between rounds.
