Showing you some tips that « NO ONE TELLS YOU » when you do KICKBOXING , I see so many « trainers » making clients « DOING KICKS and PUNCHES WITH NO CUES OR WARNINGS » about TECHNIQUE in arms and hands that « Drives me crazy ». So i want to show you in my clip the way you have to position your fingers when you punch with your gloves, the way you have to stand, the way you have to turn your hips and lift your heal to « avoid a twisted knee or ligaments » ,a jab, cross punch, front push kick, round house kick and side kick.PLEASE DON’T WEAR SHOES OR TENNIS SHOES totally inappropriate for this sport.
