    This is a beginner leg routine demonstrated by Barstarzz founder Ed. Remember its important to work out your legs. Get your star on!

    The routine is 10 squats, 10 lunges (5 on each leg) and 10 calf raises. You want to try this for 4-5 sets. This routine is meant for beginners if you are looking for harder variations of leg workouts you should check out our previous lunges video

    General Rules for the Exercises
    Keep back straight
    Knees do not pass your toes
    Make sure to contract glutes
