Went away for a Father’s Day Weekend. Didn’t bring kettlebells or have a gym close by that I wanted to go to so put this bodyweight workout together.
It was a blast!
The point is you’re always just around the corner to a bad ass workout! Be creative and have fun with your training. With this workout you WILL build iron cardio! Build strength, lose fat, build muscle and do it all from anywhere!

Warmup
Indian Clubs and Joint Mobility
5-10 minutes
Density Round
Duration: 20 minutes
5 Pull ups (any variation you want)
8 Pike Pushups
3 Pistols each leg
Repeat as many times as possible
-2-3 minute rest
Bodyweight Circuit
Duration: As long as it takes
Low Sprawls
Jump Lunge each leg
Hindu Pushups
10 sets of 5
-2-3 minute rest
Bodyweight Complex
Duration: As long as it takes
1 Low Hand-walkout
1 Side Plank each side
1 A-Frame Pushup
1 Extended Pushup
Each time through is 1 rep
Complete 20 reps
—3 minute break
Happy Ending: Jump Rope
Duration: As Long as it takes
Double Unders-300 Reps
