WWE Superstar Sheamus aka The Celtic Warrior here… So the CrossFit journey continues as Joshy G threw me in at the deep-end, right smack into the CrossFit Games. This time I tried to complete Open Workout 18.2 & 18.2a. Did I make it? Did I even break the CrossFit world record? Or did i simply puke? – Dumbbell squats
– Bar-facing burpees
Men use 50-lb. dumbbells
CrossFit Workout 18.2a
– 1-rep-max clean
Time cap: 12 minutes to complete 18.2 AND 18.2a
