    Hey Loves!

    Looking for a quick and easy workout that doesn’t require a gym? Look no more! This workout routine is super easy and simple. This was filmed during my first visit to Italy. Be sure to check that vlog out! Link is below. Ya girl is #definitelyhavingwithdrawals…While I was there I did get the chance to film this quick and easy workout for you all. This workout will seriously have you struggling a little to walk in the AM but I promise you it will be worth it! I know that gyms can be very intimidating and the machines can be super scary…trust me I’ve been there! (it took me two years to get used to it!) Well I have great news for you….you don’t always need a gym to get in a good workout. The best thing about this workout is that it’s perfect because you don’t need a gym! I guess I already said that….but seriously YOU DONT NEED A GYM! So this is perfect for women who either don’t have a gym or you just want to get some fresh air and take your workouts outside!

    In this video you will see that the only equipment I am using are bands! (I have linked them below) I will try to start adding more minimum equipment workouts for you guys on my channel!     THE WORKOUT:
    Repeat every exercise for 3 rounds!

    Tricep Dips- 8 reps
    Jump Squats -12 reps

    Jump Squats w/ bands – 12 reps (get as looowww as you can!)
    In and out crunches x25

    Banded Glute Kickbacks- 12 reps
    Crab Walk with bands- 12 reps up and 12 reps back

    Jumping Lunges- 12 reps
    Plank- 25 sec hold

    Step ups- 8 reps each leg

    Need a good finisher??
    Try running up the stairs for 5 minutes
