    When using resistance machines, do not fall into the trap of taking it too easy. Machines are nowhere near as good as free weights overall but they do have their benefits, such as allowing for greater muscle focus and an increase in intensity thanks to the quick pull of the pin. Rather than laboring through a boring routine, try today’s full body workout instead and be done within 45 minutes.
