250g buckwheat flour (or other gluten-free flour)
3 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
200g butter
250g coconut sugar or honey
2 small beetroots, finely grated
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
150ml coconut milk (or any other milk) .
