    Use the following 5 exercises
    1. Drop squats
    2. Run in place
    3. Skaters
    4. Side to side punches
    5. Forward/Backward Jumps

    Start with the first exercise and do 10 seconds of work. Rest for 10 seconds and repeat this for 3 total rounds. Now move onto the second exercise and repeat. One full round of all 5 exercises should take 5 minutes. You can repeat this whole thing for 1-2 more rounds.
