Circuit (Repeat 3 Times):
– Plank Walks (x3)
– Kettlebell Swings (x10-12)
– Tricep Double-Ups (x10-12)
– Courtsy Squats (x10-12 each leg)
– Yoga Mat
– Kettlebell (10lbs. minimum)
