What Weight? To workout the correct weight for you you need to test your first set. Pick a weight you feel comfortable with and see how many reps you can do, if you can do more than the recommended rep range it’s too light, if you can’t reach the rep range its too heavy. Aim to up your weight every 2 weeks to see progress.

    Bodyweight:
    Squats,
    Mobility Squats
    Front Squats
    Back Squats
    Bosu Get Ups

    Machines:
    Leg Press variations,
    Leg Extension variations,
    Leg Curl variations.
    Cable Deadlifts,
    Cable Squats,
    Cable Pistols,
    Squat Rack,
    Barbell Deadlifts,
    Dumbbell Squats,
    Good Mornings,

I recommend picking a 5 or 6 exercises and creating your own Leg / Butt day workout, you can then mix these around or split across two leg days per week.
