This was a quick pump workout I did with my good friend Kyle Cavnar. We did this workout in 45-50min. I will start lifting heavy in the next few weeks trying to get my strength back. WORKOUT-
Leg Extensions- 20 full reps, 10 single leg followed by 20 full reps=1 set. 4 sets of a total of 50 reps
Leg Press- 4 set of 12-15
Single Leg press- 4 sets of 20 reps
Super Set- 4 sets of 12-15 with a 2 sec count up and a 2 sec count down
Laying hamstring curls
Deficit Stiff Leg Deadlifts
Glutinatior- 20 reps (on the 20 rep do a 10 sec forced negative ) 4 sets
