    In this brief video, I am sharing some of my basic gym routine which generally lasts for approximately an hour. As you will notice, these exercises are very low impact and are designed to maintain a good overall healthy lifestyle, when balanced with good nutrition.

    The goal is to simply find appropriate time within your schedule, select the right starting weight for your strength level and introduce your body to a lifelong fitness lifestyle.

    Maintaining a healthy lifestyle can be fun and should not be viewed as a chore if it is done right. Enjoy!
